DSNBoston offers the following Returns Policy: 

Return and Exchange Policy

All problems with your order must be reported before the end of the next business day.

Returns and exchanges will only be accepted on unopened and unused merchandise.

No returns or exchanges on items that are discontinued or are in closeout status.

Returns must be approved within 14 days of receipt. Exchanges must be approved within 30 days of receipt.

Shipping charges are not refundable in any case. Additional shipping charge may apply for exchanges.

If your merchandise is refused at the time of delivery, your order will be treated as a return upon its arrival at our warehouse.

Items labeled as expired (sell by) or closeout are not eligible for return or exchange.
