DSN will ship your order anywhere in the world. For questions regarding orders or shipping costs, please email us at info@dsnboston.com.
In most cases it will take 3-7 business days (from the day your order is shipped, NOT from the day you order) for packages to arrive. Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are NOT business days. Internet Orders received after noon EST on Friday will be shipped out on Monday. Temporary backorders may delay shipments by 2-4 days. After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email stating that your order has been received. This does NOT mean your order has been shipped. This is just to confirm that we have received your order. Internet orders received before noon EST are usually shipped the same day, except on very high demand items that are hard to keep in stock.

| Orders Outside the United States |
We welcome International orders! We have shipped worldwide and we look forward to more orders from other countries! Only credit card orders are accepted. In addition to the normal shipping charges, you agree to pay all additional shipping, handling, customs, and insurance costs. Due to cost, we only ship US Parcel Post. You may choose either surface or air. Surface takes 6-10 weeks; air takes 1-3 weeks. Air is more expensive. For these prices please e-mail us at .

| International Regulations |
As a customer, you are responsible to comply with International, National or local laws regulating importation of products that you may purchase. If an order sent by us to you is refused delivery by customs due to unauthorized ingredients or contents, Discount Sports Nutrition is not to be held responsible for any losses or costs incurred by the customer. Retrieval of any such shipment from customs is at the option of Discount Sports Nutrition. Discount Sports Nutrition will abandon any shipment when the cost of that return is more than the declared product value. If the shipment is abandoned by Discount Sports Nutrition the customer will not receive a refund or credit of any kind. If in any case we accept return of any shipment refused by customs authorities of any country, Discount Sports Nutrition will credit the customer for the value of the unopened and untampered products purchased less all shipping charges incurred for the return of the shipment and all shipping charges sending the product. There is usually not an importation problem, but occasionally they occur. By ordering, you agree to be bound by these terms.

| Backorder Policy |
We try and ship all orders as quickly as possible. To keep our prices as low as they are, we may not stock all items we carry. Therefore, at times, it may take more time than expected to ship your order. Please be patient with us. If it will take longer than a week to ship your order, we will notify you by email.

| Payment Methods |
We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. C.O.D is not available. Pre-payment by credit card is required!
Please be sure you input your correct billing address for your credit card (this is the address your credit card bill is sent to.) If you want it shipped to a different location than your billing address, you must state the reason in the comments field. We may call you to verify.

| Return Policy |
Since we are a wholesaler and sell at rock bottom prices, we CANNOT accept returns on any opened merchandise. All un-opened merchandise can be returned within 10 days for exchange or credit. No refunds are offered. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returns. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns on special orders.

| Damages and Shortages |
All orders are triple checked for accuracy and leave the facility with a weight check. It is very unlikely you will ever receive a package with missing products unless it is on products that are backordered. All shortages are to be reported within 24 hours or receipt. Please keep the original carton. Please report all damages within 24 hours so we may file a claim with shipper. Email us at . All reports MUST BE within 24 hours of receiving the package or the claim will be dropped. We are not responsible for melted/damaged bars due to hot weather or warm distribution facilities.
